Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation has started. Once the food preparation begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

• Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
• Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• Order cancelled by Chaap Express due to operational issues.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances.
